This Privacy Policy explains how Lyvora (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and disposes of your information when you use our AI-powered creative application (the “App”). The App offers core features including Stylize, Pic Motion, Dual Motion, Swap Face, Dance, and Discover, as well as a special function: Widget Extension. This policy applies universally to all users around the world and contains no references to nationality specific to any jurisdiction.
By accessing, downloading, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to any part of this policy, please stop using the App immediately.
1. Information We Collect
We adhere to the principle of data minimization, collecting only the information necessary to provide, operate, and enhance our core AI creative services. We do not gather irrelevant or excessive data.
1.1 User-Provided Content
Media Files: Images, photos, and short video clips you voluntarily upload to utilize the App’s creative features;
Facial Information (Sensitive Data): Facial feature data, facial contours, and biometric markers extracted exclusively from uploaded media for the App’s Swap Face, Dance, and related rendering functions. This data is only collected when needed to fulfill your requested tasks.
1.2 Device & Usage Data
Non-identifiable device details: device model, operating system version, network type, App crash logs, and basic usage statistics;
Service preferences: Your chosen style settings, rendering parameters, and task configurations used to produce personalized creative outputs, including settings related to the Widget Extension.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
Process and generate the creative content you request (stylized images, motion pictures from photos, dual-image motion videos, face-swapped media, dance clips, and Discover content), as well as support the normal operation of the Widget Extension;
Enhance AI algorithm precision, improve service performance, and address technical issues, including optimizing the functionality of the Widget Extension;
Safeguard App security and prevent unauthorized, abusive, or illegal use of our services;
Respond to your support inquiries, feedback, and service-related requests.
Without your explicit, written consent, we will not use your personal data, uploaded content, or facial information for unsolicited marketing, third-party advertising, or unrelated AI training.
3. Data Storage & Retention Rules
3.1 Facial Information Retention
We do not retain face data indefinitely. Face data is only retained temporarily for legitimate service purposes.
We collect and temporarily store face data exclusively to perform and complete the AI creative functions you actively request, including Swap Face, Dance, and video rendering. We do not store face data for any other purpose.
All facial information (including uploaded facial images, extracted facial features, and related processing data) will be stored for a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of collection or successful completion of your requested task.This 7-day retention period is necessary to complete user tasks, support reprocessing, ensure service stability, and resolve technical issues. Face data is never stored permanently or indefinitely.
Once the 7-day period elapses, the system will automatically and permanently delete all facial data, with no backups, caches, or copies retained. You may also request the early deletion of facial data at any time through the App’s privacy settings, and we will complete the deletion within 24 hours of receiving your valid request.
3.2 Other Data Retention
Uploaded non-facial media and generated creative works: Stored until you manually delete them or uninstall the App; automatically deleted within 72 hours if you do not save them;
Device and usage log data: Retained for up to 6 months for technical maintenance and service improvement (including the Widget Extension), after which it will be fully anonymized or permanently deleted.
3.3 Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (both in-transit and at-rest encryption) to protect all stored data from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. We maintain strict security protocols to safeguard sensitive facial information, user content, and data related to the Widget Extension.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
WE DO NOT SHARE, SELL, RENT, TRANSFER, OR DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA, UPLOADED CONTENT, FACIAL INFORMATION, OR GENERATED WORKS TO ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We do NOT share face data or any personal data with third-party AI services, providers, partners, or advertisers.Since we do not share face data with any third parties, no third parties receive, process, or store face data on our behalf.
Disclosure may occur only in the following limited, legally required scenarios:
To comply with a valid court order, subpoena, or mandatory legal requirement;
To protect the safety, rights, or property of users, our platform, or the public in cases of imminent harm;
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, provided the receiving party provides a written commitment to be fully bound by this Privacy Policy.
No third-party advertisers, data brokers, social platforms, or external entities will have access to your data for any purpose.
5. Your Data Rights
You may exercise the following rights regarding your information at any time through the App’s Settings > Privacy Center:
Access and review the data we collect and store in connection with your use of the App, including data related to the Widget Extension;
Request the deletion of uploaded media, facial data, or generated creative content;
Withdraw consent for data collection (note: this may restrict access to certain AI features and the Widget Extension);
Submit privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints to our support team.
We will respond to all valid user requests within 3 business days and take prompt action in accordance with this policy.
6. Policy Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect service updates, technical changes, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be notified to users via in-app announcements or pop-ups. Your continued use of the App after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
